All orders have tracking information so you can plan your first ride in your new clothing. Orders are shipped daily Monday through Friday. Please allow one business day for processing.
For Orders shipped to Europe and Beyond, we ship via DHL and DHL Express.
DHL: 3-6 days within the EU. 7-21 days outside the EU (Australia, New Zealand, Asia). Basic tracking services, most economical rate. Not fast.
DHL Express: 1-3 days within the EU. 3-6 days outside the EU (Australia, New Zealand, Asia). Fully tracked door to door, fastest possible transit times.
For Orders shipped to North & South America, we ship via USPS Priority Mail and Express Service.
USPS Priority: 2-3 days within the United States. Most orders within the US arrive within 3 days of date of purchase (weekends and holidays excluded).
USPS Express: 1 day within the United States. Orders arrive within 2 days of date of purchase. We will do everything we can to process your order same-day for next day delivery.
USPS Express International: 3-5 days on average. We use this service for all orders outside the United States (within the Americas)
For Orders shipped to Australia & New Zealand, we ship via Australia Post Mail and Express Service.
AU Post: 2-4 days within Australia and New Zealand. Most orders arrive within 3 days of date of purchase (weekends and holidays excluded).
AU Express: 1-2 days. Orders arrive within 2 days of date of purchase. We will do everything we can to process your order same-day for next day delivery.
If you have a shipping address that is outside of the EU or the US, import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority.

Our return policy is to provide a refund of the purchase price of your item within 30-days of receipt for items in new condition.
Your item must be in new condition, with tags, not worn or washed. We recommend storing them in their original bags while you decide to keep or return them.
We offer a guarantee against manufacturer’s defects for a calendar year from purchase. Product must be confirmed by Velocio to receive warranty replacement. Product will be replaced with similar item of equal value.
We offer a Signature Guarantee on all Signature products.

Can I return a Velocio product if I ordered the wrong size or product or changed my mind about the purchase?
Yes, you can return it within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Can I exchange a product purchased through the online store for another size or a different product?
Yes- please process your exchange as a return and re-order. Our clothing is about great fit and feel, so sizing is key. Be sure to check out our sizing details before ordering. We only process returns so an exchange must be processed as a return and a reorder to replace the original product must follow.
Can I return a Velocio product that is faulty or contains a manufacturing fault?
Yes, we offer a 30-day guarantee against manufacturers’ defects, fabric defects or any faults in the creation of these garments. Please include a complete description in the return process through your account.
